    At last, a dealer you can trust!

    Really friendly, helpful, honest and professional. I was buying a 19 year old used car and travelling quite a long way to view it. Given the age you might expect some issues, however the car was beautifully prepared and was exactly as described over the phone (in fact, even better). We agreed a fair price there and then, and I picked the car up a few days later. The service was superb, and they have been in touch since just checking that everything is OK. Really impressed, wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

    Trader in my BMW 1 Series from Crystal Motors (Please don't trust this company C.M) I have brought cars in the past from Newman & Reidy. They are well trusted company and never any pressure and relaxed and all ways make sure its the deal you are happy with and help as much as they can! The Manager and staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Laid back and not all that sales talk! I brought a Alfa Romeo not a car id normally car for and lot less power. After a week of driving the vechile it is a joy and comfitable and lots of nice comments. Thank You

    I recently purchased a used car from Newman and Reidy and was absolutely chuffed to bits with the customer service. Jamie was extremely patient with me and not at all pushy while I made my decision. The show room also looked extremely clean and tidy. I am a very happy customer.

    Zero after sales service

    Extremely poor after sales service. They advertised a motorcycle for sale with roadside breakdown cover included. I bought the bike after 2 months of e-mails they finally sent me a code to activate this assistance but when I tried to use it there was a message saying it had already been used. I reported this by e-mail but another month has passed with no response. I have given up with them.

    Hello Phil, naturally we were very shocked to read your review the other day and can only apologise for the lack of response to your emails, it is certainly not the level of service that I would expect of my staff. Having looked into the matter I can see that you raised this issue no less than 6 times with the individual concerned, so please accept my deepest apologies for any frustration caused. To this effect I have today issued a new 12 month RAC warranty for your Triumph Explorer (and emailed the policy to you) along with another activation code for your RAC roadside assistance. I hope this additional warranty goes some way towards compensating you for all those months of frustration and that you can now enjoy complete peace of mind when out on the road knowing that you have the cover you requested.     Fantastic Service, Fantastic Staff, Fantastic Car.

    Being relatively inexperienced when it comes to shopping around for cars, I've always being worried when buying cars. Newman and Reidy (Earls Barton) were very supportive, very friendly and are as genuine as it comes! I bought a used Kia Cee'd, and considering it was a used vehicle, it is immaculate both inside and out. Unfortunately, upon buying the vehicle there did seem to be a slight problem that I was concerned about, Newman and Reidy were quick to fix this and have re-assured me for the future that they are there to help should future issues come along. I would highly recommend visiting at least, I wish it was there that I went first, and I'll be returning for future purchases!

    Shocking customer handling

    Just tried phoning for a service quote. No answer on the service line, so had to get through to another department who then had to refer me. The service intervals seemed a surprise to them, and they said they'd call back in half an hour with some options. An hour later I'd heard nothing, so I called back and the call was rocked! Terrible customer service, and now you've lost potential business.

    Hello Mr Hope, we are sorry that you feel so let down by us and in light of this I have listened to the call to see what happened. I can see you made just one phone call at 9.09 am and we answered within 5 seconds. You spoke to sales who put you straight through to our Service Manager who had an in depth conversation with you about your 16 year old Subaru Forester. He explained our system didn't hold all the information for your car because it's too old, however before agreeing to ring you back he did tell you that your car required a half yearly or 7K oil & filter change which he said he had not seen before. There was some delay in getting the information from Subaru head office so sadly we missed the 1/2 hour deadline, however James did ring you back three times, but by then you'd already posted this review, less than 1.5 hours after making contact with us. I apologise if you feel our service was lacking, you have the prices as promised and we would love to look after your Forester
