From the first telephone call until car collection everything was first class. Norman was extremely helpful when we came to view the car and gave us as much time as we needed and a decent test drive. On collection day Josh picked us up from Northampton bus station and took us back to the garage. He had all the paperwork ready and we were driving away within 15 minutes. As you may recall, I finally decided on the Subaru XV as my choice for the replacement of my trusty old Outback, and I purchased the red Diamond edition on the 9th September, after a 24 hour evaluation. I believe in providing feedback, and I am delighted to say that, now I have been driving it for a month, I am absolutely delighted with the car. It's a pleasure to drive, it's packed with excellent safety and infotainment features and it is obviously constructed to high standards of engineering excellence. I can't imagine why anyone interested in a moderately-sized SUV would not make the XV their top choice, especially if they evaluate it thoroughly against the extensive competition. We bought our new Peugeot Partner van from Newman and Reidy and part exchanged our Vauxhall Meriva. We dealt with Marcus throughout the sale who was consistently helpful, patient and friendly. He was aware that we had travelled from Birmingham for the sale and had to return to pick up our children and did his utmost to ensure the sale was completed in a reasonable time. Excellent. Sorted me out from the beginning. Had problems with a previous car. They took that into concern. My new car had been sorted out, they wouldn't let me take it away without checking it fully and cleaning it 100%. One problems popped up but they're happy to take the car in and sort it. One of the best experiences I have had buying a car. Easy from the start and no pressure what so ever. Marcus sent me a video of the car and we arranged to view on the Saturday. Turned up given the keys left to have a good look around. Went for a test drive, told take your time no rush. Great car, great value, brilliant garage. Would definitely use again.
